Purchased the wrong size and after being a long time customer with multiple back on track products – EXTREMELY disappointed they wouldn’t let me exchange for a smaller size.

We do have this clearly placed on our Website under each and every product/ on our banners and Email blasts, with the hope that our customers will access that information before placing their order so they are aware of our ‘return/exchange’ policies.
On the bright side, ANY items purchased at ‘regular’ price we offer 1 FREE exchange per item.
FEDEX literally will pick up from your front door and return to our Warehouse in Alberta.
This is my favourite piece from BoT. Living on the west coast we see a lot of rain so this jacket is key.
Dog 1: Size chart suggests a 52cm, she wears size 43 or 46.
Dog 2: Size chart suggests a 49cm, she wears size 43.
Dog 3: Size chart suggests a 67cm, he wears size 63.
The size guide is not accurate at all. They need to provide other measurements or allow for exchanges or returns. I measured the topline correctly and when the coat arrived it was WAY too big. Went way too far down the sides and the neck hole was so big their chest and shoulders popped out even at the tightest setting. Then when I reordered two sizes down it was too small. Absolutely ridiculous that they don’t allow exchanges when their measurements are not given. I’ve spent $400 on coats and still don’t have one that fits.

For the size i definitely advice you to choose a size smaller
_ For my belgium shepherd who is 59cm i took 55cm
-For my pinscher who is 29cm i took 25cm and they fit percectly

I have aussies and live on a farm. I wanted something to keep them cleaner in wet weather but not warmer. These cover between the front legs and under the chest quite well and makes it much easier for them to dry out in the house after a day of play as only their legs and feet are gross. Bonus that they are also therapeutic for their hard working muscles and joints. Sizing was a bit of an issue though. If in doubt, size up. My aussies fit a 55 or a 59. The 55 is pretty exact, the larger size would give a bit more coverage lengthwise and down the back legs without being sloppy, but there is not much difference in girth. They would not fit a fat dog without seamstress intervention. Mine are about 5lb overweight (on diets) and they max out the body circumference. Sizing up will not compensate for larger girth. These are sharp. Have lots of reflective detail and fit well if your dog is fit 😉
