How does Far Infrared (FIR) Therapy help?
FIR wavelengths have relatively high penetrability up to 1.5 inches beneath the skin deep into tissue and induce a higher skin blood flow in most biological materials. I got this shirt today and so far I am very impressed! I have suffered a broken collarbone a year ago and a AC joint sprain in the same shoulder. I purchased this shirt hoping it will help with the pain and healing. I have had previous items for my horse by BOT and hopefully it works just as well for me as it did for him!
The shirt fits on the smaller size which I am happy with as I ordered a small and I thought it was going to be a bit too big. I am very happy with my purchase!
