Have only tried it on my mare so far, so can’t really give it a fair review. However, I do recommend being very careful with sizing. I bought Full for my 15.3 mare with a fairly big head (long) and it only just fits her. Each adjustable spot is on the last hole. This halter would not fit my other two mares, for sure 🙁 . I’d try cob if I purchase again.
I received a free halter when I purchased a pair of quick wraps during the December promotion. Not only does the halter look great but it’s very durable. I have a bratty mare who decided to untie herself and take off, I worried that she would snap her brand new halter but it’s held up wonderfully! Also, the halter is adjustable at the crown and nose which I love. My “joe hancock“ bred mare has a fairly large head typical of the line but the full sized halter is adjusted as small as it will go and it just fits. If you have a horse with a dainty little head order the smaller size.
