The outer shell is a high quality durable and quilted fabric that is lined with our exclusive mineral composition — Welltex® — in both the back piece and under belly. Anatomically shaped to protect the girth and under belly, this Rug can be easily adjusted to achieve an optimal fit by using the hook and loop closure at the front. Love the coat/blanket! Lots of coverage and very good quality. Must be sized for a much heavier, thicker girthed dog than a border collie, though. Wish it was more adjustable around the tummy and neck. I added more velcro for a better fit.
Purchased this for Black Friday to only find out weeks later that I would not be receiving the order, would have rather not being able to pay for and get excited
We do apologize for this delay in every way possible.
Due to some extenuating Tech issues we had a few situations like this which didn’t make us to happy either.

While the Hugo mesh rug didn’t come in a size to fit my larger dog, this one did.
My 60lb shepherd has this in a 60 and it fits in just perfectly.
My two 30lb dogs wear a 50 and it fits alright. Not the best, but not horrible either.
