Can Back On Track products be worn in hot climates?

Yes. We do recommend using the products in the cooler parts of the day and for shorter periods of time during the warmer summer months. Using them for smaller amounts of time throughout the day is better than not using them at all.

What Back on Track product is unisex in sizing?

Most of the Back on Track T-shirts and Long-Sleeved shirts are unisex. The V-Neck shirts are form fitting for women; the boxer shorts and long johns are styled specifically for men and women. None of the Back on Track Performance Wear Collection is unisex in sizing.

What is the difference between the Back on Track back brace and double layer back brace?

The double layer back brace has an extra inner layer of adjustable Velcro and adds more support than the regular back brace. For the double layer back brace, go up 1 size from the regular back brace.

Should the Back on Track boxer underwear fit tight?

The boxers should be a comfortable fit, not tight or too snug.

How thick are the Back on Track mattress pads?

They are ½” thick and placed under your regular sheets.

How do I measure for the Back on Track men's and women's long johns?

Men’s are by waist measurement, but Women’s are based on general pants sizing.

The size is based on waist measurements. Small: 26″ – 32″; Medium: 33″ – 38″; Large: 39″ – 44″; XL: 45″ – 57″.

The size is based on shoe size: Small: 7; Medium: 7½ – 9; Large 9½ – 12; XL: 12 and up. Keep the bone structure in mind. If you are smaller boned, go down in size.

Measure the circumference of the calf about 2″ below the knee for the top measurement and about 2″ above the ankle for the bottom. Length is how long the brace is from top to bottom.
