By completing a purchase on www.botcanada.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from our Canadian warehouse.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—a valid street address is required.
• Once an order has shipped, Back on Track Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or third-party handling.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.
• Customers are responsible for contacting FedEx directly regarding delivery inquiries once the order has shipped.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise approved.
• A $15 + tax shipping fee (each way) may apply to exchanges.
• Back on Track Canada reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Warranty

• Back on Track products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse (including turnout use of non-turnout products)
  • Damage caused by animals (tearing, chewing, etc.)
• All warranty claims must be submitted with photos and proof of purchase for review.

• Back on Track products are designed to support comfort and performance, but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Always consult with a veterinarian or healthcare professional when appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
• Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Stock Availability

• Inventory is subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a stock discrepancy, we will contact you with options including substitution, backorder, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

• Back on Track Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
